The Burner That Runs Hot and the Pasta That Forgives It
The left burner still behaves like it has something to prove, so now the sauce gets built on the right and finished with less drama.

There is one burner in our kitchen that has exactly two moods: low and suddenly too much. We spent most of spring pretending we would adapt. The truth is we just moved the pan to the other side and stopped taking it personally.
The pasta has improved, which is rude but useful.
